Foto Facial Intense Pulse Light (I.P.L..)

Gets rid of sun damaged and aging skin and brown spots; diminishes wrinkles, re-surfaces the skin so that it is smooth and soft to the touch; removes broken capillaries. Procedure is painless and there is no “down time” allowing the patient to return immediately to work or social activities.

Cost $250 per session; discounts if patient pays in full for a session of three treatments spaced two weeks apart.

Chemical Peels:

Lactic/Salicylic/Retinoic Acid “Vitalize” Peel; Trichloracetic Acid Peel; Glycolic Peel Effective way of removing dead surface skin as part of an anti-aging skin program. These treatments can be on regularly spaced intervals and should be part of broad based personalized therapy. These treatments are comfortable. Three to five days after the peel the patient will have moderate peeling of the skin.

Cost $125-150 per treatment.

Botox:

Injections of this material every three to four months will remove any deep lines on forehead; crow’s feet around the eyes; deep frown lines in between eyebrows.

Cost: Forehead $250; Crow’s feet $225; Deep lines between eyebrows $225

After the treatment the patient should purposely frown and smile a lot for the next four hours; should not lie flat for four hours and refrain from taking aspirin, Vitamin E and Ibuprofen for two days.

Restylane, Radiesse, Collagen, Captique, Hyalaform, Sculptra Fillers For Deep Lines:

Immediate dramatic improvement of deep lines in the naso-labial folds, vertical lines above and below lips, smile lines. Restylane(also Captique and Hyalaform) lasts about six months and is useful in all areas of the face. Topical local anesthesia is used and in some cases a Lidocaine nerve block allows for a painless procedure. Collagen is a simple, painless filler that is very easy to administer. No allergy testing is necessary. Collagen is useful for finer lines and lip augmentation but only lasts three months. Radiesse is extremely effective in getting rid of deep naso-labial folds. The best feature about Radiesse is that it lasts for twelve months. Sculptra is very effective in individuals who have lost much of their fatty tissue in the cheeks and have a sunken look. Treatments with this substance are very effective and may last for over one year.

Costs: Restylance, Captique, Hyalaform, Collagen Fillers $240 per syringe 1 cc plus $240 for the doctor’s service. Radiesse- $300 per syringe plus $300 for the doctor’s service. Scupltra is expensive and is $1,000 per treatment.

Lip Augmentation:

Subtle or dramatic changes in lip configuration with the use of Collagen, Restylane, Captique or Hyalaform. Topical and local anesthesia allow for a painless procedure. You see immediately the effects of these fillers. Cost: $240 per syringe 1cc plus $240 for the medical service.

DNA Skin Repair Therapy:

Individuals will receive treatments with special preparation of DNA and skin fibroblasts that will assist in repairing sun damaged and aging skin; decrease appearance of acne scars.

Cost: $200

Photodynamic Skin Therapy:

Patients with sun damaged and aging skin; acne scars will benefit from the application to the facial skin of a product called LEVULAN that when exposed one hour later to a special light will induce considerable repair and improvement.

Cost $350

Microdermabrasion:

This popular procedure removes the superficial dead skin in a painless way. Effective treatment also for acne and acne scars.This can be combined with a therapeutic facial; a mild chemical peel or DNA skin repair for maximum effectiveness.

Cost $125

Acne Treatments:

Using the newest types of topical therapies including DUAC, DIFFERIN, AZELAIC ACID, DNA SKIN REPAIR.; Microdermabrasion; Intense Pulse Light, Photodynamic therapy with Levulan and effective chemical peels. Treatments are also available for acne scars. Prices vary depending on the special procedure. Inquire about specific costs at the office.

Rosacea:

The most effective form of treatment for this condition is the Intense Pulse Light which when used will cause dramatic changes in a condition that in the past was difficult to treat.

Cost $250 plus for each treatment.

Cellulite Removal:

Endodermology using special vacuums and ultrasound will assist in removing cellulite and reducing stretch marks. A series of five or more treatments are usually necessary. $125

Skin Tightening, Lifting and Increased Firmness Non-Surgical Face Lift:

Combination therapy of intense pulse light, electric stimulation to the skin and muscles, along with dermatological products.

Cost: $150

Extreme Face and Body Makeover:

Sessions would include three I.P.L. treatments; one chemical peel, one microdermabrasion, a choice of one deep line or wrinkle filler Restylane, Collagen or Radiesse as appropriate, DNA Skin Repair, Non-Surgical face Lift.

Total Cost: $1,900

DNA Testing:

A simple swab inside the cheek will provide sufficient DNA that can be analyzed as to where damage from the sun, toxins, foods, chemicals, life style and aging process has occurred. A detailed visual projection of the damaged DNA in terms of proteins and sequences will be available for the physician to evaluate. This will be followed by an individualized list of pharmanutriceuticals that the patient will take by mouth, injection or topical skin products. The individual will also learn what problems may occur in the future such as heart disease, hypertension, stroke, specific cancers of various organs, memory loss, neuromuscular diseases and Alzheimer’s. This is an exciting new development and the start of DNA/Gene therapies.

The Anti-Aging Evaluation:

A detailed history and physical evaluation focusing on preventive medicine and anti-aging. Biochemical markers such as C-Reactive Protein, Homocysteine, HgAIC, Hormones including estradiol, estriol, estrone, FSH, DHEA and prolactin, testosterone; PSA(men), CEA(tumor marker), CA 125(ovarian cancer marker), fasting insulin, C-Peptide, Lipid Profile(cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL, alpha lipoprotein). EKG plus referrals for Holter Monitor, Stress Echocardiogram, Mammograms, Colonoscopy will be made on a individual basis, Bone density, blood brain chemistries(serotonin, dopamine, acetylcholine, nor-epinephrine), kidney and liver evaluations.Immune System evaluation including T and B lymphocytes, helper/suppressor/natural killer cells, immunoglobulins will be included DNA testing will be recommended. The one hour conference will be comprehensive in scope with specific individualized treatments to enhance the immune system(thus protecting against viral and bacterial infections and cancer); managing the healthy heart; keeping your brain young.

Cost $350 for detailed history and examination and an individualized plan of anti-aging. (not including laboratory or DNA testing).

Non-Surgical Liposuction and Weight Loss Programs:

Specific areas of the body such as lower abdomen, love handles, thighs and arms can be the targets of dissolving fat using a combination of phospha-tidylcholine and hyaluronidase that are natural substances. Patients will see a body sculpturing effect of these treatments. This combined with a unique weight loss program usually results in a safe weight loss of thirty pounds in three months. $300 per visit . usually three visits spaced a month apart will reach the weight loss and body sculpturing effects that patients want.

Permanent IPL Hair Removal - No More Waxing, Shaving, Electrolysis:

After these painless IPL treatments you will not have to do any waxing, electrolysis or shaving. The most common areas treated are under the arms, legs, unwanted facial hair and bikini area in women. Men are most interested in removing hair on the chest and back. The usual number of treatments vary from person to person but range from three to six sessions spaced one month apart. The spa office also has a wide variety of dermatological products from well known skin care companies.

Facials:

Our aestheticians have a long menu of facials. The most unique to maintain good skin care or to repair aging skin include the Cavair and Retinol Regenerating Anti-Aging Facial and the Alginate-Myoxinol Treatment focusing on sun damaged or aging skin using natural ingredients that are of marine and botanical extracts.
